The SC Upstate Film Community has a festive night planned, as we near the end of a wonderful year together!
Join the SC UFC on December 8th at the Upcountry History Museum in downtown Greenville, SC. This will be a social time with food, films & fun. The main event will be showcasing the entries received for our 1st SCUFC Short Film Contest. Everyone in the audience will be provided a ballot to vote for the Best Film and Best Actor/Actress awards. WSPA-TV entertainment reporter for Scene on 7, Jamarcus Gaston will be our special host for the event!
Event hours: 6:30 to 10:00PM. Doors open at 6:30. Meeting and contest showing begins at 7:20PM in the theater of the museum.
Cost: $10 per person. Soft drinks and hors d'œuvres will be served and are included in your admission ticket.
Your RSVP will be very important for this event.
Catered food will be provided and we must have a more accurate count to assure we have plenty for everyone. Therefore, the deadline for the RSVP on this invite page will be December 2, 2011. Please indicate “Attending” when you are sure you will be in attendance. Everyone attending this event will pay the $10 admission fee, including those who planned it, assisted with it, and are having their films screened. No exceptions.
*optional~ For those who wish to bring an unwrapped toy or food item, the SCUFC will be donating to the Salvation Army for the holidays. Items will be collected at the door and then delivered to the local Salvation Army office the next day.
